Information for Parents and Carers From 1st September 2013 Head Teachers are unable to grant leave of absence for holidays taken during term time. Any leave of absence from school can only be granted in very exceptional circumstances. Please note that time away from school during term time can be unsettling and disruptive to your child’s education. Many activities can only be carried out in the classroom setting which makes setting this work for homework impossible.
