School Gateway

We are a cashless school and use an online system for all payments to school i.e. trips and fundraising events.and school meals.

You can register/log on to this system via the internet or by downloading the app.  There are different ways to download the app depending upon the type of device you are using.

If you have an Apple iPhone, you will find the app using the link schoolgateway.co.uk/iosdownload

If you have an Android phone, download the app using the link: schoolgateway.co.uk/androiddownload

When registering your details on the gateway app, please make sure that the details you use are the details that school holds for you and that these are up-to-date. If you wish to check your details you can do so by emailing swfsadmin@southwellfieldfs.org.uk . If the information matches the data we hold, then your login details will automatically link you to your child.
