FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
The school complies with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The Act allows anyone to ask the school for any information it holds. It is the school’s intention to release information wherever possible. Some material may be exempt from disclosure (for example where it is personal data or commercially sensitive) and if this is the case, we will explain why it is exempt in writing.
If you wish to ask the school for anything not in the publication scheme, please put your request in writing to Carole White, School Business Manager. You can also email your request to swfsadmin@southwellfieldfs.org.uk. A fee may be payable. We will respond in writing to all requests.
